Editor guide

Use Editor for catalog and setlist preparation. Desktop presents the working panes together; narrower layouts switch between the same tasks.

Find or create a song

1. Open Editor.
2. Use Search songs… to filter the catalog by the visible song information.
3. Choose an existing song, or use the new-song action to create one when the workflow allows manual records.
4. Enter the required values and save.

Expected result: the song appears in the library and can be selected for a setlist.

Create a setlist

1. In the setlists area, choose New.
2. Enter the setlist details and save.
3. Select the new setlist.

Expected result: the setlist becomes available as an empty ordered sequence.

Add and reorder songs

1. Locate a song in the library.
2. Add or drag it into the selected setlist.
3. Repeat for the show sequence.
4. Reorder the setlist songs by dragging them to the intended position.

Expected result: the setlist order and total duration update.

Edit or remove data

Use each song or setlist action to edit, rename, remove, or delete it. Review confirmation text before destructive actions; deletion changes catalog data, not the underlying DAW project file unless the dialog explicitly says otherwise.
